Model CAL250

The Larson Davis Model CAL250 is an ultra precise microphone calibrator delivering a full 114.0 dB level output signal. Its accuracy has been verified against the reference issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (formerly National Bureau of Standards).

Outstanding Features
Special adapters make possible the use of 1/4 and 3/8 inch microphones.
Automatic compensation sensors provide accurate calibrations in extreme environments:
   - Noisy industrial environments (95 dBA)
   - Temperature changes of 0 to 50 C (32 to 122 F)
   - Barometric pressure changes of 400 to 1100 mbar

- An effective volume of > 100 cm2 (6 in2 ensures

an accurate calibration, even if the microphone and microphone adapter are not fully seated.
- An accurate tone is maintained even with a weakened battery.
