You really can have it all. In order
to perform the variety of measurements encountered
by a noise and vibration specialist, numerous
instruments were required. The Larson Davis model
ViRT 3000+ has transformed this mind-set.
By utilizing the latest in digital signal processing (DSP),
this small, lightweight instrument functions as both a
precision sound level meter and a dual channel real-time
frequency analyzer.
Incorporating true digital 1/1, 1/3 Octave or 100 to 800
line FFT filters, measuring applications are many. The
inclusion of true Type 1 sound level meter functionality in
two channels enables the user to take concurrent Fast, Slow,
and Impulse sound pressure level measurements over a wide
dynamic range while simultaneously gathering frequency data
saving an enormous amount of user time but increasing
validity of measured data.
The ViRT 3000+ can be used in a myriad of applications and
are upgradeable to incorporate the latest developments in
measuring techniques providing the user with an up-to-date
instrument at the forefront of leading edge technology.
